Multi-Crew Cooperation (MCC)

The Multi-Crew Cooperation (MCC) course delivers essential training for operating multi-pilot, multi-engine aircraft under demanding IFR conditions. This program is designed to instill uncompromising standards in communication, resource management, teamwork, and decision-making, ensuring pilots perform with precision and authority at every stage of flight, in any operational environment.

Structured Training Pathway for MCC Pilots

The Course Outline offers a structured and progressive pathway for developing the core competencies needed in multi-crew aviation. Training begins with a 25-hour MCC theory phase supported by a minimum of three days of technical Computer-Based Training (CBT), completed either at home or at the Pier Seven Aviation training centre. This stage helps pilots establish a strong theoretical foundation.
