The Multi-Crew Cooperation (MCC) course delivers essential training for operating multi-pilot, multi-engine aircraft under demanding IFR conditions. The Course Outline offers a structured and progressive pathway for developing the core competencies needed in multi-crew aviation. Training begins with a 25-hour MCC theory phase supported by a minimum of three days of technical Computer-Based Training (CBT), completed either at home or at the Pier Seven Aviation training centre. This stage helps pilots establish a strong theoretical foundation.
The MCC Course Content focuses on building the critical competencies needed for effective multi-crew operations. Training combines theoretical knowledge with structured practice and continuous feedback to strengthen core skills such as communication, leadership, teamwork, situational awareness, and workload management.
