Job Role: Theoretical Knowledge Instructor (TKI)

Job Description:
Pier Seven Aviation FZC is into aviation training, having “Classroom Training Facility as well as various Flight Simulator Training Devices (FSTDs)”. We specialize in Initial Type Rating and Recurrent Training programs for Pilots in Airbus and Boeing fleet.We are expanding our scope of training to include ATPL examination training and looking for Theoretical Knowledge Instructor (TKI) at our Sharjah office , who will take on the challenge of  delivering high-quality theoretical training for ATPL exams, ensuring trainees acquire the foundational knowledge required for their pilot licenses & certifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach GCAA Theoretical knowledge subjects for ATPL examination.
• Be familiar with the training support (course notes, e-learning courses content or other materials).
• Be familiar with e-learning platform used to regularly access the student accounts.
• Prepare the lesson plan before every course.
• Monitor the student progress on classroom training and e-learning platform.
• Indicate to students the support material, specific documents.
• Inform the students in respect to progressive checks, examinations (partial and final), expected period and specific requirements, regulations, and targets.
• Ensure that an appropriate environment is available for training.
• Participate in the recurrent instructors training annually.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 1 years’ experience as an Instructor teaching minimum 5 of the listed ATPL examination subjects.

• CPL / ATPL
• Proficiency in English Language, ELP level 5 and above.
• Knowledge of and the ability to teach ATPL examination subjects.
• Certificate of Instructional Techniques / Train the Trainer (preferred).
• Excellent presentation ability, interpersonal skills, team oriented.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite; Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
• Ability to learn new software and systems efficiently.
• Experience of working directly with regulators, Certification Bodies and other Standard organizations.
• Should have own transportation arrangements
