Command Skills Development

Scenario‑Based Simulator Training

High‑fidelity simulator sessions that replicate complex, high‑pressure situations such as system failures, weather challenges, diversions, and operational disruptions. These sessions help pilots refine judgment, prioritization, and decision‑making under stress.

Assessment and Coaching by Senior Captains
