Crew Resource Management (CRM) training, which aims at improving flight safety, culture and efficiency, is an inevitable part of aviation training for both cockpit and cabin crews.
Pier Seven Training, the Academy counting many years of experience working with various airlines, is able to help you complete the training course individually. Each CRM training programme is conducted in accordance with the activity of airlines and operation procedures of crew during different situations (normal, non-normal, emergency).
Therefore, Initial CRM training program is obligatory for each new crew member to undergo before starting to carry out duties. Initial CRM training in turn is followed by Recurrent CRM training which has to be done every year to complete the whole training programme during the period of 3 years.
